I have been doing personal training with Joe Hamilton on strength, balance and core to prepare for the last two seasons of cycling and running. Joe finds time to give me to give me tips about nutrition, rest and other important components of training. He does not see his training in isolation, but rather as an integral part of my fitness and competition goals.

I’ve been working with Joe since early February 2020 to improve my cycling and golfing fitness. Thanks to my work with Joe, I am feeling better and stronger than I have in years. My distance off the tee has improved thanks to better flexibility and more strength. My stamina and endurance have improved dramatically. It is not uncommon for me to go on a long bike ride in the morning and play 18 holes of golf in the afternoon and still feel great at the end of the day. Importantly, this is the first year in several years where I have not had to visit a physical therapist for a golf-related injury (back, shoulder, elbow). I am very happy with the progress I’ve made with Joe as my coach/trainer. David Whidbee Pullman, Washington
Pre diabetic. December through February, weight dropped from 323lbs to the goal of 293lbs later dropping all the way to 265lbs. BMI was decreased by 6%, squat increased by 80lbs, and bench increased by 50lbs.
I contacted Joe and we sat down to formulate a plan. We set up a series of goals for the up and coming season and with his help I achieved them. I took the goals seriously, worked hard and with Joe’s help lost 56 lbs, raised my FTP to 41% and made my first podium.
